What will you do?
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rewards professional to join our Rewards and Performance Management Consulting firm, TalentMonk. As a consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in developing and implementing effective total rewards and performance management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs, challenges, and goals related to rewards and performance management. Conduct comprehensive assessments of their current practices, policies, and programs.
2. Strategy Development: Develop tailored rewards and performance management strategies that align with the client’s objectives and industry best practices. Design and implement innovative and sustainable solutions to improve employee motivation, engagement, and productivity.
3. Compensation and Benefits Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of clients’ compensation and benefits structures to ensure market competitiveness and equity. Provide recommendations for adjustments and improvements, taking into consideration industry benchmarks, legal compliance, and budgetary constraints.
4. Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to evaluate the effectiveness of rewards and performance programs. Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to clients.
5. Performance Management: Design and implement performance management frameworks, including goal-setting processes, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms. Advise clients on effective performance measurement methodologies, performance improvement plans, and talent development initiatives.
6. Change Management: Support clients in navigating organizational change related to rewards and performance management initiatives. Develop change management strategies, communications plans, and training materials to ensure successful adoption and implementation.
7. Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging practices, and regulatory changes related to rewards and performance management. Contribute to the development of thought leadership content, including white papers, articles, and presentations, to enhance the firm’s reputation and expertise.
You will be a great fit if you have:
1. Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, organizational psychology, or a related field. Professional certifications in rewards management, performance management, or related areas are a plus.
2. Proven experience as a rewards and performance management consultant or in a similar role, preferably within a consulting firm.
3. Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits strategies, performance management frameworks, and incentive program design.
4. Familiarity with relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards related to rewards and performance management.
5. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and simplify complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
7. Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
8. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and client-focused approach.

7. Work with Knowledge Partners: Help companies determine study scope for Job Evaluation and market benchmarking of salaries, benefits, and practices. Determine best-fit consultants and vendors. Execute study findings till the last mile.
8. Launching & managing curated performance management programs & Its linkage to rewards: Launching goals / OKRs, feedback, review& PIP process, rating mechanism, 360* feedback and linking perf to rewards.
